How to hate the rich

Of course there are some pitfalls in hating the rich. First of all, like I already said, hate is not a good thing in itself! Moreover, self-serving and self-generating hate is definitely bad. If you don't have valid reasons to feel anger, you must not hate anything!

But this doesn't mean that you cannot hate the rich. You can. Actually, you have to!

As a matter of fact, even rich people must start hating their peers if they want humanity to survive on the long run. If you find out the true reason why there is frustration and anguish in the hearts of the working class and feel with them in a truly empathic way, you will definitely start hating the rich for good. If you don't start hating them with all your passion, that means you do not really understand the living conditions of the working class. Never mind. Keep trying!

Hate is not a good thing, but still it's an integral part of human nature. That's it. That's something you cannot change. You can't just deny and disavow your hatred like religious people try so hard to do. That's the worst thing you can do! Denying your hatred in the name of peace and love is crucially similar to the way catholic priests deny their sexual feelings in the name of purity. After denying their instinctive sexuality, they usually start molesting little boys in the end. Why? Because the affection towards little boys is rightfully considered the most asexual kind of affection in a regular adult male. After denying their valid sexual desire towards adult women and men, their denied and disavowed feelings start to migrate into their affection towards little boys, since that one is considered the best and most noble by their sex-denying mentality. That's how their subconscious is tricking them back into the world of sex.

All right, let's forget the priests for now and let's focus on hate. Why is it so similar to love? Basically, as you already know, love is about creation while hate is about destruction. This you know all too well. However, if you just think about it for one second, you must realize that you cannot live without destruction. Why? Well, first of all because you're a heterotrophic organism. You must destroy other organisms in order to survive. But then again, even plants must start destroying each other after a while, since there is always a limited amount of living space and sunlight.

This is the key to understand hate: the scarcity of resources. Because of this scarcity, human beings must work hard to produce a decent life. But the problem is that some people, after claiming ownership over the the means of production (the things used to sustain and improve life), start exploiting other people's work. This is the fundamental reason why people become angry and start hating others. People just hate being exploited.

In the world of modern capitalism, the system of ownership has become so complicated that nobody knows for sure who owns what. Not even the biggest wizards of finance know it anymore. Things are owned by imaginary entities which don't even exist in the physical realm. These in turn are owned by other such entities. In the end, some entities are said to be owned by people barely getting by, like pensioners or citizens of a state, said to be the new capitalist class. But are they? Of course not. They don't have any power to decide how much to expropriate for themselves. This is decided by bankers, managers and politicians. They are the ruling class of today. Reaching the supreme levels of hypocrisy, these people claim to be employees (proletarians!) who only work for their "employers" but do not own them. This is a simple lie.

This complication of ownership in the world of late capitalism is the reason why Pierre Bourdieu assumed several different forms of capital to exist: intellectual, cultural, social, sexual, et cetera. They were not all named by Mr Bourdieu, but he was the one to prove that they exist. Even the colour of your skin is a capital you have. You can get a higher salary simply by being white. You don't have to work harder to get it. These forms of capital cannot be measured mathematically and some of them cannot be accumulated either, but they can all give you some extra revenue without requiring extra work. Some of them give you insane amounts of extra revenue.

Of course you have to do some work to extract this revenue, but the amount of your revenue is not proportional to the amount of your work. I know that a CEO works 16 hours a day after having studied with great discipline, but an airline pilot might also work 16 hours a day with great discipline, plus he might not see his family for weeks. Why does the CEO still get 10000 times more money than the pilot? Now you can come arguing that life is not fair, but then you should refrain from talking about fairness when revolting workers start beating you to death. If things go on as they do, this is probably going to happen soon.

But why doesn't it happen now? Why aren't rich people beaten to death?
That's the million dollar question!

You know, I'm such an altruistic guy, so I will tell you why without asking for my million in return. Rich people have their lives spared by poor people exactly because of the endless tirades about hate being the source of all the bad things out there. Of course hate is a bad thing, but it's definitely not the source of all the other bad things. If you say it is, you are actually one of the sources which are not hate. I'm not joking here! You are a source of great evil if you indiscriminately condemn every form of violence and hate. No matter if you are an old priest or a cute and sexy hippie girl, you are evil! Let me explain why...

The source of stability in an unfair society is always the denial of hate. This is not a Christian invention. It was there in every successful religion since the beginning of time. This is the source of unfair stability. This is the Leviathan. Even though the Gospel is full of bitter disdain for wealth and power, the modern re-interpretation of Christianity is focusing solely on the denial of anger and hate. You must love everyone because Jesus said so. End of story. I don't know where he actually said so, but to be honest I don't even care. If Jesus really said so, he was an evil man!

The denial of hate produces the same amount of adversity as the denial of love. Actually it produces hate. Not pure and simple, but always that kind of hate which people are rightfully up against: the hatred of the poor, the weak and the dispossessed.

It produces fascism.

It is actually the most violent and oppressive regimes of history which put the greatest emphasis on peace, love and harmony in their culture. Whether you go to Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Russia, Mao's China or Kim's North Korea, you will find names, slogans and artwork about these notions everywhere: peace, unity, happiness, harmony and love. Anywhere you look, anytime you turn on the radio, you are bombarded with these words while millions of people get killed, maimed or mentally destroyed behind the scenes. Isn't that just weird?

In a certain way, every state is a police state. Every state is built on the false idea that peace and harmony is already achieved, or being achieved as we speak, within its territory. The subjects of the state must all work together in peace and harmony in order to achieve the common goal, which is the glory and grandeur of the state. This is the true reason why you are not allowed to hate your so-called compatriots, or even people from other nations until explicitly ordered. You are not allowed to disturb the harmony which is claimed to exist. In reality it doesn't exist at all, because it is constantly being destroyed and re-destroyed by the rulers exploiting the workers. But you have to believe in it nonetheless.

This is the religion of the state since the beginning of time: the false belief in harmony. The first states have emerged after strong people forced weak people to deny their feelings of hate. This is the primordial sin from which all the other sins of history emerge: the denial of hate. After weak people finally realized that they cannot get rid of their strong overlords, they slowly started loving them and suppressing their instinctive feelings of hate.

The state is nothing but a very hard case of Stockholm syndrome.

But the hate which is suppressed is not at all destroyed. Like the sexual desire of the catholic priest, it keeps lurking in your subconscious, desperately looking for a way to manifest. And this is the point where the scapegoat comes in. The scapegoat is always someone said to threaten the wonderful harmony of the state. It is always someone excluded from this fake harmony: Gypsies, Jews, Marxists, Anarchists, Negroes, gays, foreigners, et cetera.

Like the wonderfully gifted Mr Adolf Hitler once said, the people need visible enemies instead of invisible ones. "The Jew would have to be invented if only it wouldn't exist." Yes, he actually said these things. This realization was the core of his great genius. There are only two shortcomings of his wonderful thesis:
  1. The Jew was actually invented.
  2. The real enemy of the people, made invisible only by the Stockholm syndrome, was him and his party and the capitalist class supporting it.
But the thing is, it's not just him. Demonizing the Fuhrer is a really foolish thing to do. This world is just full of new hitlers playing around with the fortunes they reap from your hard work. It's just that they escaped into the private sector after proven way too uncool in overt ideological spaces. They buy cocaine, they go to space, they get laid with porn stars, they start a war, whatever. All this is just a silly game of vague amusements for them. Their existence is totally pointless.

So what can you do? What is the way out of this mess? It's simple:

!!!HATE THE RICH!!!

Hate them with all your passion and fervor! Hate them with persistence, determination and courage! Hate them like you hated nothing else before! Do not care if they are Jews, Catholics or Muslims! Do not care what they call themselves, liberals or conservatives! Do not care if they are doctors, lawyers or sportsmen! Only care about how rich and powerful they are and hate them accordingly.

Do not just hate them for nothing! Hate them for everything! Search deeply through your soul and collect all the bitterness you find in it. After this, try to understand and feel the despair of poor people everywhere in the world! Resonate and get infatuated with their desperation! Get angry, get furious! After getting so angry that you can barely stand it, gather all your anger and frustration with the prism of your consciousness into one single, all-piercing beam of hatred and focus it on one single entity: the ruling class. Do not spread your hate on every rich person as an individual! This is very important: you must hate them as a collective! You can have rich friends like fascist people have Jewish friends, but still, like the fascist hates Jewry as a whole, you must hate the rich in the very same way.

Freedom is the freedom to hate people in power! If only you just hate them, you make this world a better place. The more you hate them, the better. If anyone finds it impossible to organize society without some people being privileged, just ignore him! Aren't these privileged people the ones who keep saying that nothing's impossible? Hell, they are goddamn right! The highest level of pragmatic realism is to demand the impossible!

Hate the rich!
